Theresa has been lucky to have helped individuals, groups, and families with a wide range of challenges and an even wider, more powerful, collection of strengths since 2008. She provides counseling to individuals dealing with life changes, relationship issues, behavioral problems, and more chronic problems of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
Theresa enjoys working with individuals on developing coping, social, and self-regulation skills; as well as working through life changes and challenges.
